(PRWEB) April 30, 2008 -- Level 10 Martial Arts College will be hosting a free, fun self-defense/fitness class for all mothers who live in Indianapolis, Beech Grove and Greenwood, Indiana.
"Moms need to know how to protect themselves and their families, so I want to celebrate Mother's Day by offering this special free class to ANY mom in Indianapolis, Beech Grove or Greenwood," says Master James Theros, owner of Level 10 Martial Arts College on the city's south side.
The free clinic will be a fun, high-energy class that will be geared towards people with little to no experience.
Theros promises to leave every mother with some excellent self-defense skills and says that it will be a fun, informative evening for all moms who participate. All ages are encouraged to participate in this class and all moms who attend will receive a free official Level 10 Martial Arts uniform ($40 value) as well as a free month of martial arts, karate, kung fu, tae kwon do, lessons at Level 10 Martial Arts College (located at 3137 E. Thompson Rd.).
Special self-defense techniques and skills will be taught, as well as an excellent fun, family-oriented work out, with lots of exciting martial arts techniques and exercises that will help moms get back into a routine of exercising regularly.
"Many moms are just too busy taking their kids all over God's green earth for one activity after another, and have very little time left for themselves," says Master Theros.
"This will be an excellent opportunity for moms to do something fun and productive WITH their kids and the best part is that it won't cost them a dime."
Level 10 Martial Arts College is very community-oriented and family-oriented. The school does lots of charity work for the city through the school systems and other community outreach programs.
